Our policies
Read these before you book. They are the same for every barber.
Booking and deposits
Every visit is booked, on our booking page or by phone. Services of an hour or longer, and every wedding party, are held with a deposit. It holds your time and goes toward your visit, and the amount shows when you book.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead to move or cancel; your deposit goes toward the new time. If you are running late, call us. We hold your chair for 15 minutes, then we may shorten the service or ask you to rebook.
If you miss an appointment
If a visit is missed without notice, the deposit is kept, and we ask for a new one to hold your next time. A wedding party that cannot come tells us as early as it can, and we will work it out with the host.
Children and companions
We cut for ages eight and up, with a parent in the shop. Companions are welcome to wait by the window, and a party's guests wait there between rounds.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we will make it right. Your barber will look at the cut with you and fix what you do not like.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and go to the barber who cut your hair, by card or in cash at the chair. They are never added for you.
Walk-ins and the wait
We do not take walk-ins; every visit is booked. Waits vary. If a visit before yours runs long, your barber tells you when you arrive.
Before your visit
Arrive ten minutes before your time. Come with your hair as you wear it, and bring a photo of a cut you like if you have one. Wedding parties arrive together.
